Sales Conditions & Returns

Please complete the form that came in the box and enclose it with your returned merchandise.
Watch needs to be returned with box, warranty cards, user manual, and any extra links due to bracelet sizing.
In order to expedite your return, you must choose the appropriate reason code for your return on the packing slip.
Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.
Ship your return using the return label sent to you on the bottom of the original invoice.
Send package using either FedEx or UPS and insure the contents of the package.

Shipping Options

For Standard FedEx Ground (5-10 Business days): Pricing is $10. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of credit card approval. If a band adjustment is needed please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the watch to be serviced. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed on following business day.

For Expedited(FedEx): Pricing $20.00. Orders must be placed weekdays before 2:00pm Eastern Standard time (For watches not needing any adjustments) for guaranteed same day shipment. Orders received after 2:00pm Eastern Standard time will ship the following business day (If no adjustments are needed for the watch). orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on official holiday will be processed on following business day.

SUMMER HOURS
Now through Labor Day, Shipping for Overnight and 2nd day orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Special Note:
- Signatures are required for the receipt of goods regardless of shipping preferences.
- If a "rider" has been signed with FedEx that waives the need for an adult signature. The Swatch Group (U.S.) is not responsible for missing packages.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- If additional links are needed we will add up to 3 links free of charge. Additional links will cost $5 per link.
- Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. *These reasons are subject to change at any time.
• Different billing & shipping addresses entered
• Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
• Unable to verify billing address information ( i.e. non US credit cards)

Shipping Address Disclaimer
Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and to guarantee the best delivery time. We are using 'Delivery Address Verification' of Paypal PayFlow Pro, a software package that is updated regularly and that contains all valid addresses from the United State of America. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address is not known by Paypal PayFlow Pro Fraud services.
